To Our Fearless Masterminders
We are well into our first Mastermind Group of 2008. Each time I facilitate one of these groups I receive such incredible rewards. To hear (we do them via teleconference) the groups as their awareness, confidence and insight awakens never gets tiring! The groups are comprised of individuals who typically don’t know each other and have one common goal – personal growth through improved results in their life.
Somewhere around the third session the group begins to feel comfortable with each other and the mastermind format. Once that happens though, watch out— the transformations begin! Group members bring stories of the synchronicities, successes and challenges that have occurred for them between our sessions regularly. The excitement in their voices and the raised energy level of the entire group cannot be denied.
It takes commitment to participate in a 10-week Mastermind Group and study material written in the 1930’s with people you have never met. So my blog entry for this month is dedicated to the courageous, committed and beautiful spirits who have enriched my life and enlightened their own by participating in one of our Mastermind Groups.
